"So apparently valley hi is working out process problems...signs and so on... So the trip took longer then expected...
The positive is that the service advisor apologized for the delay and asked for ideas on how he could help change the process..
Balls in valley hi court now lets see what they do"

How they talk to you it has to be a management issue if the management was better they would not talk to you this way."
