"I tried this product and was impressed at first. I was looking for MailChimp integration and a way to track customer contacts. It worked, but we outgrew the free plan and another CRM company started offering many more features for free so we switched."

"Follow up emails, different checklists, and the iPhone app makes it easy to stay on top of your tasks. Prior to this software, it was easier to accidentally forget to contact a customer or let a lead slip away. The software helps you keep on top of the project/lead.
