"I love the layout of Insightly, I can see where emails are or where we are at on a project. Also, emails CAN be linked to one another and projects to know where communication is. Additionally, I appreciated how I could create our own work flows and visually see the progress. This was handy to quick take a look at what needed to be done next."

"Insightly is a great alternative to Salesforce. It has most of the same functionality at a fraction of the price. The interface is clean and easy to get the hang of. We integrate Insightly with Slack so that notifications or updates get sent through Slack and notify the team. This is especially helpful for our management team."
