"I like the way it manages clients, it makes it easy to navigate. I can track things easily with the software. I can put notes, tasks, etc...that is very helpful. I think there is a small learning curve to the software, but overall it is easy to use. I found it a much better system then similar crm softwares."

"What I like best of Insightly is that it has many functions and you can easily "link" different items without any weird constraints other systems have. The web browser based interface is good, looks nice and is pretty responsive (fast).
