I also love that it uploads my shifts to my phone's calendar and sends me reminders 2 hours in advance so unless there's an unexpected set back, I'm always on time. "The work schedule is always at my fingertips with this easy to use app. It's easy to put in and adjust work availability. I know there's a communication feature but the organization doesn't really use it- of like to see its capabilities and I'm curious if users will adopt it. "When I Work is a great way for a workforce to manage itself. Once a schedule is set the employees can work out trades by themselves without any sort of management paperwork involved. As long as you trust your employees and set limits you don't have teo worry about a thing."

"Being able to see my schedule on my phone is very helpful. I wish switching shifts was a little smoother of a process, but that might just be my companies integration of the system. It is very helpful to be able to see who is working with you at a certain location, and to be prepared to show up to work with the work reminders."
