"When I Work is a great way for a workforce to manage itself. Once a schedule is set the employees can work out trades by themselves without any sort of management paperwork involved. As long as you trust your employees and set limits you don't have teo worry about a thing."

As an 'employee' using the software, it is easy to check my shifts, swap shifts with other part-timers, and request time off!
