The positive is that the service advisor apologized for the delay and asked for ideas on how he could help change the process..

"Absolutely the worst Toyota dealership you can go to but the problem is there's only one Toyota dealership in this area. The worst service unfriendly people I've ever dealt with, so unprofessional this has to be a management issue. How they talk to you it has to be a management issue if the management was better they would not talk to you this way."
