"I love answer.co.uk They have a UK call centre, there are no monthly fees to pay as it is the case with many 'call answering services'. Their pay as you go model is flexible and ideal for a small to medium sized business. They also build a list of 'sale calls' and that means you get a refund, you have to tell them which are sales calls."

"The service provided has so far been of a good standard. My only issue is with the number of sales calls that get through even though the companies are 'blocked.' Still a decent service though and it's great that there are no monthly minimum amounts etc."
