"If I could give zero stars; I would. Talk about a sh***y business. They make you store your credit card, and continue to charge you without actually showing up to do the service. There's no way to remove your card from the site, and they never respond to you. Stay away!!! I should've listened to the reviews that were already on here. They are crooks."

"Poop911 cancelled my account today because I complained that they did not do a good job. Look at the pictures, they left tons of poop behind in the yard. Children play there and we trusted their business to do the job we are paying for. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes they blame the customer? STAY AWAY FROM POOP 911!!!"
