"Never get back to you. Leave you hanging. It's happened twice now where by initial contact is great and then you hear NOTHING. Even to follow up emails. AVOID is my advice, competition is too great to put up with sub-standard service. It's time we all started to NOT accept it from any compnay, I certainly will not."
