"Had a few problems with delivery. Was told I would get cash back to help me get to work while I had no car as delivery was delayed which was £50. This didn’t cover my cost to get to work with out a car for a week. So was gutted as I still had school runs and other stuff to do!!! Joe did his best to help out"
