"Unacceptable - clutch bearing worn on delivery - reported it and was told to get it checked out - garage recommended a replacement as when (not if) it fails it will take the clutch and gearbox with it - you refused to pay simply and quickly referring me to the ombudsmen .... a joke as I was told by hippo that if it had completely failed and taken out the gea..." "Terrible service They sent my identification back the wrong address. My actual passport! Meaning I had to cancel a trip I had planned. They lied and told me it was sent to me. I had to wait 22 days to recieve my passport. No one has called to apologise. They stopped responding to emails. Would never recommend this service to anyone!"
