He told me the vehicle was there getting prepared only to be told a week later by Sarah the vehicle had only just arrive. I’ve now got my fist payment in around a weeks time and still don’t have the vehicle for another 5 days. ITS A JOKE!!!!!"

I sent an email to Libby with a formal complaint and this has not even been addressed. I am happy with the car but very disappointed with the service."
