"I made it clear I needed a car with 3 head rests in the back for my 3 children. I was guaranteed the car would have what was required. Upon delivery I found that there were only 2 head rests and Hippo saw no urgency in rectifying this issue and caused me no end of hassle. Apart from the mechanical issues the entire experience was shocking. Never again!"
