"To be fair, I’ve only knocked a point off because I can’t do a half. Everything was fine apart from the fact that you go through a load of questions with one person, who then informs you that you will get a phone call from someone else who goes through the same questions again. Just seems a bit odd to me. However, the whole process is easy enough."
