"Overall, When I Work is a great tool that allows multiple people all with different availabilities to be easily scheduled. Love that there is an app for both iPhone and Android users so none of our staff have any issues with trying to use it. Super easy to navigate and haven't had any issues in the years we've been using When I Work."

"Very good. I will continue to use it. Very simple platform, easy to understand. I work in theatre and I use this to schedule my stagehands for different shows. Employees can see shifts, accept or decline them and request time off. My favorite feature is that it notifies you of an upcoming shift 2 hours in advance."

"This software seems to be developed and used for companies whose locations do not change. I can see why restaurants and small stores would be very happy with this app. However, there is a large market "out here" for companies who send employees to many locations to have an app they can use also (housekeepers, landscapers, moving/packing companies, etc.)."
