"這季剛好吃到the best of the year 年代菜單,我自己蠻喜歡RAW整體的設計概念,很像在吃一道道的藝術品,店員每道菜都會用心講解食材與創作故事,令我印象深刻的還有特別以刀子為創作題材的料理~ 年度菜單的食材用料組合很用心,除了金箔冰淇淋那道我個人覺得比較還好,其他吃起來我覺得都滿好吃的! 因為RAW很常換菜單,每道料理都有自己的獨特性,這一輩子可能是第一次吃也是最後一次吃到眼前的料理,所以很開心有這次用餐的體驗 👍🏻 此外,用餐環境舒適,大型的木頭雲朵現場看真的很壯觀,餐桌、餐具都是特別訂製的,感受得到這間餐廳的獨特品味,以及與自然共生的原始感。(連廁所的設計都很酷)"
