"首先非常感謝Raw 推出共享桌,讓ㄧ個人也能訂位用餐喔 ~ (建議一定要follow Raw FB,比較能快速知道何時開放共享桌訂位資訊) 今天我非常幸運有看到江振誠主廚以及他的太太Pam,他們倆都在現場耶 ^_^ 我們的共享桌是由台灣人跟香港人組成共8位 ~用餐期間江振誠主廚還會親自到共享桌講解共享桌由來以及這次食材的發想跟由來~ 整場吃下來,非常開心有沒酒精的pairing 能選擇,吃到朝鮮薊更是賞心悅目到不行,每道菜都看得出主廚的用心喔! 坐共享桌最大的好處是能看到出菜如何擺盤。整間餐廳用餐氛圍就是很輕鬆自在,沒有米其林的嚴肅氛圍,非常推薦大家來享用美食/探索美食 ^_^"

"搭上春季餐單的尾班車 絕對係台北之行既highlight❤️ 一餐飯食足4個鐘 由去之前有少少覺得去到台灣要用呢個價錢食一餐有懷疑,到食完之後心服口服 唔想飲咁多酒所以無叫pairing,cocktails好飲👍🏻主廚俾我地自己搭配菜單,第一道菜,我自私地將自己最鍾意食既嘢擺埋一齊,wagyu+海膽,果不其然有被驚艷到..之後另一道我最鍾意既菜式,係主廚當年喺外地憑呢到菜打敗一眾外國對手既茶碗蒸做法既foie gras mousse,好邪惡、好滑、好正🥰 雖然依家已經轉左菜單,但我都對raw有信心,誠意推薦俾大家❤️記得早d book枱"

"今午想來點… RAW 一次摘 江振誠 🌟🌟 拼死找到8人就沒有訂位問題 哈 這季的主題是 食材與風味的自由組合 積木上有食材 安放在底下的風味上 顧客自己可以設計獨特的菜單 雖說自由組合 但其實服務人員還是會一直跑過來說 和牛跟鮪魚油比較搭 等等 所以很多被打回原形😂 中間最有印象的應該是 和牛包裹麻糬 上面淋上鮪魚油 配上香菜花 鮪魚油很香配上麻糬口感 最後出現和牛香味 完美 Memory 是當年江振誠的第一道料理 教會法國人蒸蛋作法 但松露的味道真的很衝擊 我受不了 主餐餐刀是採用世界各地名餐廳的餐刀五選一 剛好選最推薦餐廳 SKA 故事性/表現性很高 又好吃 比其他星級餐廳好多了 吃不懂啊…😂 大概缺點就是難訂位跟很貴了吧"

"當我ㄧ踏進去RAW就可以感受到他們的用心~從餐廳藝術裝飾的氛圍到人員的服務,解說每一道菜的食材以及烹飪方式~ 創意的料理方式和口感,衝擊著我的胃蕾❤️ #其中我最愛的就是它的「初心」是之前江振誠主廚在法國比賽時拿到的第一個冠軍,用松露和鵝肝食材,入口即化的口感令人難忘🥰❤️ 這不是一頓晚餐,應該說是一場饗宴👏🥰 #難怪RAW能經營的這麼成功,我想是因為他的「初心」就是想要用心做好每一道菜,讓享用的人能夠感受到他們的用心❤️"
