"RAW。 先說結論,非常划算值得一吃。 一份套餐要說貴,其實全部算起來不貴, 每道菜都很繁瑣,前置都很多, 所有一切加在一起我很好奇有利潤, 可以想到就是因為只有一種套餐選擇, 制式所以標準量化降低成本, 其實用餐經驗很好也不用多寫, 去用餐服務人員會一一說明餐點概念及內容, 後來覺得像是去被教育而不是用餐, 要注意每道菜的細節, 就無法放鬆跟朋友好好聊天, 跟餐飲人一起去是對的, 好像大家去學習了一餐, 所以非常值得。 紀錄一下,2018秋季菜單, 覺得自己需要跟高端學習每個細節, 好好欣賞, 然後保有自己的個性跟態度還有熱情。"

"因為享有盛名,基本上要訂到位子就非常的困難,我們也是好不容易訂到位子,建議人多比較容易訂到位子,從剛進門的那一刻開始服務就已經啟動了,從送上開水及帶位只能說從頭到尾跟你無微不至的照顧,另外不管是在點餐上的說明,各種食材的解釋以及飲料酒類的解說,都非常的詳細。每一季會運用不同當季的食材調製美味的食物,每一個餐點都達到色香味俱全,讓你不只是眼睛及舌頭都吃飽,雖然他的餐點份量不大,但整個用餐下來確實會有飽足感,所以不用擔心吃不飽這件事。最後連幫客人拍照都非常的專業,推薦你真的可以來試試。Conclusion: delicious!!!!!"

"Love the dishes on this session. Staffs are professional and friendly. We took a birthday cake (caramel brûlée cake) to the restaurant and the chef was very diligent in cutting the cake, each piece was perfectly cut. Looking forward to any new creative dishes in future."

"RAW每季都會換不同的菜單,從開胃菜到甜點共9道,主廚會另外準備一道甜點加起來一共10道菜,用餐時間約3小時!每道份量看起來不多,但全部吃完後覺得是很舒服的飽!每一口吃下去的驚豔都是主廚的用心,看得到也吃得到,就連服務生在講解菜色及吃法都非常的詳細且用心,麵包及水是需另付費!雖然價格不便宜,但是會讓人流連忘返的一間高級餐廳。 因為是非常難訂的米其林餐廳,所以建議一次訂10人以上,帶親朋好友一起來大約兩個月左右就吃得到了喔!"

"本次已是第三次到訪,仍然是一回很棒的味覺饗宴。 趁印象還深時,把2018夏季菜單中的亮點寫上一寫: 1.西瓜這道的精華在於這個西瓜蓋(大誤)。重點在於蓋下有類似ceviche的菜餚,這可能是本人在台灣吃過最美味的ceviche..... 可惜有點難再重溫。 2.第二道印象深刻的菜色是「筍」。把三種筍細心料理,一片一片擺在黑松露慕斯旁,這道實在太強,每一種食材的原味都很濃烈,但又融合得恰到好處,極佳。 3.中場服務人捧上一碗南部粽葉香的水,把放著迷你粽的乾冰放入後,就飄出一陣粽香,讓嗅覺也有全新感受。 4.有蚵的這道菜,大大大大亮點是左方比蠔更蠔味的醬汁。 5.主菜是雞肉料理,烤烏骨雞及章魚醬汁令人眼睛一亮 6.用來清新口腔的偽大黃,你的名字叫草間...不,是「芹間彌生」哈哈 7.甜點根本是在展現..."
