"環境蠻熱鬧的，少見一家餐廳內外場的工作人員都挺多的， 👉 Grilled corn on cob： 第一道就是令我驚訝一道，炭烤的烤玉米真的很有夜市的濃郁醬香風格。另一邊的水煮玉米，裏面是香甜的卡士達醬，外層很好的還原了玉米的纖維感。好吃。 👉 Gyoza： 源自於媽媽第一次教他的料理，個人對於日式煎餃的印象比較模糊，RAW 版本的倒是覺得挺好，豬肉、干貝、花枝、鮮蝦都是挺好的材料，尤其是那青醬醬汁，清爽的橄欖油與青草香真的好迷人。好吃。 👉 Homard pressé： 主廚到南法的感官花園學藝，受到主廚肯定所教學的一道菜。 簡單漂亮的一道，主要是龍蝦肉凍、櫛瓜、芒果、煙燻鴨胸，旁邊的一球是哈密瓜。 整體來說這道菜鹹了一點，龍蝦彈牙，鹹香得肉凍慕斯也不錯，佐以一點哈密瓜..."
