"法式名廚江振誠在台灣開的餐廳,朋友說就算要等很久也要來一趟,今天總算能夠嚐到它的料理。 餐廳外觀沒有什麼特別之處,但是一進到室內你就會發覺它的裝潢是特別的不一樣,流線造型的原木裝潢彷彿置身於大峽谷中,整個眼界都開闊了。 說到他的料理,雖然不是名廚現場製作,但他的團隊也訓練的非常的確實,每道菜色呈現上來,不管是視覺香氣口味都非常的棒,沒有想到,只用台灣的食材,就能變化出這麼多樣的料理真的是不容易,從他的菜單跟我所拍的照片上就能看出他的不一樣。 餐廳會隨著季節不同更換其它的菜色,很期待下個季節,能夠在品嚐到,它們所呈現出來不同的料理方式。"
