"很好吃,能感受到主廚的用心,但份量來說稍微少了些!但這也不是吃份量的一間店,所以這是到還好,所以想吃飽的別期望太高唷,但每份料理的精緻度都很好,就連麵包也很好吃,還有每道菜製作的方式也是沒看過的,都是些最新的烹調方式,很特別也很好吃,價格方面,以米奇林二星來說,算是還滿ok的,三個人大約消費8000左右"

"得二星後第一次造訪,每次都坐主廚桌,服務人員的介紹很詳盡,對於食材以及菜單的知識豐富,這季菜單非常「春天」,以節氣、當地食材為主要概念,呈現非常網美但口味很豐富的菜色。可能因為米其林的關係外國客人變多,都會繞到廚房看看,餐廳也都頗友善的開放參觀。"

"已經來這裡五、六次,但這次2019春季菜單真的讓我大大驚奇,連爸媽也都讚不絕口的稱是到RAW吃過最好吃的一次! 最欣賞chef們將台灣在地食材的特色發揮得淋漓盡致,使用精彩絕倫的法式精緻餐點手法展現出道地台灣味最是讓人佩服得五體投地!這次居然有土魠魚羹,內有分子料理展現的巴沙米克醋(像魚子一樣),在口中霹哩啪拉的爆開超讓人回味!"
