"Had a scheduled appointment for today. Their website said before noon. I received a text from the scooper at 1:05 that they would be here in 5 minutes. Never showed up. I got on the website to cancel future services and there is no option. Tried calling and no one answers. Absolutely horrible customer service."

"Did a decent job when they did show up. However, they were inconsistent, didn't communicate and didn't pick up poop other than the main grass area which was 50% of the yard but it would have been nice to pick up on the rocks on the sides of the grass area, where our kid's trampoline is located, resulting in them having to avoid the path and smell."
