"They always let me know when they will be arriving shortly so I can make sure the dogs are not in the backyard. They are good with making sure the gate is closed behind them and do a thorough job. They also have the option of taking the waste with them so I don't have to keep it in our trash can...which is excellent. Worth the extra cost!"
