"We are new customers, they have charged us for 4 weeks but only showed 2. When questioned and sent pictures of the poop in my yard she was rude..even told me to get my ring checked. I was told they leave the bag that's how we know they were there..no bag = no service, not to mention the poop in the yard!"

"They rescheduled my visit because they were short staffed and charged me extra and canceled my service when I requested a refund for the over charge...its not my fault they are short staffed and needed to make schedule adjustments. I would not recommend them."

"Absolutely do not use this company. I’m a current customer and they do a terrible job! I’ve been calling for weeks, they auto bill me and don’t actually show up. I work from home and I have cameras outside my house. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t email back and they do a terrible job. I’ve been trying to cancel for weeks."
