"Had previous service that was great but moved and unfortunately, they were unable to service me. I gave POOP 911 a try and in 3 short weeks am promptly cancelling my service as they are completely UNRELIABLE! No communication and they just don’t show up. Disappointed is an understatement with the lack of customer service."
