"Twice now I've been charged for services and nothing was done. I called customer service on Saturday and is now Wednesday and have not heard from anyone. "Do not sign up for this service. We had it for a few months and when we went to cancel the service it was impossible to get ahold of anyone in there office. Left several messages to cancel the service with no response. They continued to charge my card. I finally had to get my credit card company involved to block charges from these jokers.
