"Definitely a joke here in Connecticut. 1st service was front yard only even though I pay extra for an oversized yard. Billed for puppy playtime but my pooch was inside....2nd visit (yesterday) no one showed at all and still billed this morning. With the amount of cameras these days I'm surprised people try to pull this crap."
