"They start off strong but then quickly fall off. I have tried to rectify the situation three separate times and yet here I am still being charged for a service that they are incapable of doing. I don’t understand how hard it is to do the job you signed up for. I had recommended them to many friends but now I am embarrassed that I did. Very disappointing."
