"Wasn’t impressed. Paying extra for flower beds/mulched areas to be taken care of and they aren’t even looking in that area when they clean. Also, it had snowed (a small amount) and he said he couldn’t get everything because of the light amount of snow on the ground. Disappointed and wish I could edit the frequency on my account online."
