"The software is usable by most anyone however, if you do not have some level of an accounting background it is tricky to get everything setup correctly. It is best to have an accountant help at least with the initial setup. After that the daily entries can be done easily."

"Allow plenty of time to learn the new ways to do familiar tasks if you are importing a file from another QB platform. Everything appeared to transfer properly (Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet for all dates were unchanged), which was the scariest part. Still learning after five months."

"It is a good, solid online accounting application, I like it. I like the features QBO has to handle customer invoicing and payment collections. It is really simple to create invoices from expense entries with just a few clicks. Then once the customer payment is received you can easily record the receipt, again with just a few clicks."
