"for general personal accounting, it's great. Online is convenient and limits the need for future purchases, it stays updated and you don't have to worry about whether it will be 'accurate' in the future. Intuit has so far been shown to be trustworthy with the massive amount of sensitive data they are keeping."

A lot of organizations and vendors use QB online, so communicating with them and interacting with other organizations are a lot easier (for example, making payments to other organizations/companies through QB, sending out invoices, or notices about payment)."
