"If QBO is set up and used properly, it can handle all bookkeeping and even basic inventory functions for most businesses. Usually people don't like it because they have not been trained well on it's features and processes. Overall, it's a great program."

"The setup might be customizable, but im not really familiar with the product yet. It seems very easy to navigate, and pretty straight forward. It is also very organized, so you can find what you are looking to do."
