"Professional Reports, Integration with other software, Merchant account and automatic recording of customer payments,. Ease of use, professional reports, Bank reconciliation, All the functionalities. Used to be the best accounting software, in my opinion, but I think it got too big for it's britches and have had serious problems lately."
