"Bookkeeping is relatively easy and the reports help us track monthly, quarterly and yearly progress. I did need someone to help me setup the accounts and answer questions when first getting started about where to put everything but once I got going I can do all the day to day stuff on my own as a business owner."

"I despise it! I'd rather use the Quickbooks for Mac over this. And I do not enjoy that one much at all. If someone feels that they need to have the online version vs the desktop version due to having access from anywhere - I would discourage them 100%. And find another way to make the desktop version work for them."

"Would highly recommend this product despite it's shortcomings. Has been really useful to all so far. the ease of use, especially from a hr perspective to be able to manage multiple people at once and a one stop shop from an employee's point of view. "Overall I am just a user of Quickbooks online with a limited role (Creating and sending invoices). I am not the administrator so I cannot speak for the entire functionality of this product nor the costs involved with using this software. But it is Quickbooks after all. It seems like a fairly solid product for businesses. Overall fairly intuitive to use."
