"I don't love or recommend it, but the price point and accessibility is often the reason for choosing it over others. Online access and bank feeds are most important, which work well. Any automated features are helpful. Connecting to 3rd party applications is easy."

"A much needed tool, I have many years on record and it is a must to have it online so the records are not destored. I have not used this for billing, I do not have billing but it is a must to make sure the bank account is correct. Funds in without knowing what they are for can be a very bad thing."

"There are a few issues with the online version that really need to be fixed. Setting up employees has been difficult and time consuming. We had the program get stuck and would not let us proceed with setting the tax and vacation rules. Getting help when something isn't working properly is very difficult and slow."

"On boarding is difficult. Support was there but not everyone had the same information. It integrates with Zapier, which connects to google sheets, google, mail, shipstation etc."
