"It is very easy and straightforward to use. There are a lot of training videos and documentation if you are unsure how to use the software, which is helpful. We were using Quickbooks desktop for years and recently switched to Quickbooks online. "The best features in my opinion are automated data entry via bank feeds and not fighting with multiple versions like you would with QuickBooks desktop. Adding auxiliary apps via sync makes it even more powerful depending on what your business needs."

"There is a great app for our Mac that allows us to connect to the servers with great ease on both our laptops and work remotely from the office which is very nice. Plus having the Apps on our phones gives us the ability to enter checks and purchase as soon as they are made so there is less chance of them being forgotten."
