"I could not access my account and could not report trouble because I could not access my account. The basic functions are good, but the product, to me, is not as reliable as I would like. Now they are removing support of the desktop client that allowed me to work when there were issues. Also. I don't like that my data is gone once I stop paying the monthly..." Read more
