"Overall good software, one of the only ones for good book keeping but it is costly. I like that you can easily import transactions from the bank and it will automatically label them. Using the accounts and reports are easy as well."

"Good for a small business person that needs a way to easily manage books, but a growing company shouldn't use this product because it can't scale with you. Removing users was a pain and there is no online support other than a chat room. They have rested on their laurels with this product and I would not likely recommend it to most users"

"It's simple to view the invoices you have open, how long they've been open, and the total balance owed to you at any given time. Integrated email makes it simpler to get invoices sent out quickly."

They should not have released payroll until it was ready and the sales team needs to better set expectations. The support staff can only do so much with buggy software.
