"Ease of setup and use. This is ok for a service orientated business or a company using basic inventory. Above that, consider using the desktop version. The online ability and access from anywhere is a definite advantage. Good for companies with a limited budget"

"Anyone considering Quickbooks, please I urge you to take a quick look at 'Xero'. Xero is friendly, consistent, clear, and is a far quicker system to use. For example: changing the treatment of 3 invoices in Xero takes about 6 clicks and 20 seconds. In Quickbooks, it's about 20 clicks and takes literally 5 minutes.
