"I was in charge of keeping up with the books for a small family owned company and they had been using Quickbooks when I came in so I learned the software and took over. It was honestly a lot easier than I had thought it was going to be and really made keeping up with everything so much more convenient and faster"

"I've lost so much money because QB Online won't calculate tax properly. QB online support just keeps "escalating" the issue, but never gets back to me or fixes anything. And they don't care at all about the fact that I'm losing money in my business every day, by not collecting the proper amount of sales tax."
