"We have owned a Jacuzzi spa for over 13 years and wouldn’t think of owning any other make. Jacuzzi Kitchener has been more than great with parts or service when needed which ironically has not been a lot in the 13 plus years. This should speak volumes for the quality of a Jacuzzi spa. "Dec 19 was the coldest day of the year, with numerous extreme cold weather alerts. So I was pleasantly surprised when I looked out the window early that morning and saw our Jacuzzi technician. He was there on time to drain, clean, maintain & fill our outdoor jacuzzi. I was expecting a phone call to reschedule."

Parking is easy - finding them a bit more difficult until you've been there - it is basically a big park of industrial stores - that are numbered in rows - so find the main entrance and then, you need the far East row, at almost the far south end of the row.
