I've really enjoyed using When I work to help me schedule my staff this year - the feature I like the most if the two week time period that allows staff to book off but after that time frame they need permission for days off. "Simple, easy to use, free for up to 75 people. No obvious added benefits over comparable products. This was an easy app to try out, and it is free for up to 75 employees. That price works for me! It's not much different than the other software scheduling items out there, but a welcome choice for someone who is just beginning to use such a product."

"What I like best is that it reminds you of shifts and can add them to your calendar on your phone so you don't miss a shift. I also like that you can see who else is working alongside you and what time so you can plan out carpooling or how the day is going to go. It is very easy to communicate with coworkers on this app."
