"Overall a really good experience, but we were rushed at the end by the packers loading the container, even though they were ahead of schedule. This resulted in us missing a aprox 1 to 2 boxes of items being packed, including children's soft toys, which caused major tears from the littlest one. Otherwise good at the UK end. "Used the company previously to emigrate to NZ in 2006 with no damages, returned to UK, then emigrated back to NZ march 2019 I used PSS again, big mistake, numerous damages over 40 items, they do not use bubble wrap anymore hence my damages that are unrepairable. Extremely disappointing service now."

"Not very happy with how the company handled my delayed baggage as I was quoted 4-12 weeks shipment time but in the end it was close to 18-20 weeks before my bags arrived to Sydney. Would not recommend if you are looking for a timely shipment."
