The guy who delivered and collected the boxes was also very helpful as I was not ready and he waited for me to finish packing. I received the boxes on Monday and nothing was damaged. "Quoted for 3/4 of a container to ship my goods to Australia but once packed it turns out we need an extra half a container. With 2 days to go to leave the country we had no other option but to accept the additional charges. PSS completely underquoted us and we were forced to pay additionally under duress for the other half a container required."
