"During the two weeks prior to my move date, I didn't receive any communications from the manager in charge of my move. I had to chase twice to find out exactly what was required of me in preparation for the move. On the day of the removals, the staff were fantastic, efficient and sensitive to what was being moved to Spain. Overall great service."

"The men helping with the packing and loading were very helpful and friendly. But we had very little communication from PSS, the lorry driver didn't arrive until 1pm, not his fault, but PSS didn't let us know. We have also had some breakages, that we discovered when unpacking, we haven't finished yet, so don't know if there are any more breakages."
