"Terrible experience from start to finish. Extremely unprofessional staff, office staff rude, unhelpful and very slow to respond. Packers packed furniture poorly and scratched several items, failed to pack others specified pieces. Shipment delayed almost a year with no explanation nor updates. Would definitely avoid using them. "
