"首先非常感謝Raw 推出共享桌,讓ㄧ個人也能訂位用餐喔 ~ (建議一定要follow Raw FB,比較能快速知道何時開放共享桌訂位資訊) 今天我非常幸運有看到江振誠主廚以及他的太太Pam,他們倆都在現場耶 ^_^ 我們的共享桌是由台灣人跟香港人組成共8位 ~用餐期間江振誠主廚還會親自到共享桌講解共享桌由來以及這次食材的發想跟由來~ 整場吃下來,非常開心有沒酒精的pairing 能選擇,吃到朝鮮薊更是賞心悅目到不行,每道菜都看得出主廚的用心喔! 坐共享桌最大的好處是能看到出菜如何擺盤。整間餐廳用餐氛圍就是很輕鬆自在,沒有米其林的嚴肅氛圍,非常推薦大家來享用美食/探索美食 ^_^"

"無菜單料理,價格$2000. 整體來說,視覺跟味覺感受不一樣的體驗, 高名氣響亮的餐廳,要先預訂,生意很好很受人喜愛的店,每道菜用心準備,好吃喜歡與否看個人的習慣,我覺得可以帶家人來用餐,至少要來吃過這家餐廳"

"搭上春季餐單的尾班車 絕對係台北之行既highlight❤️ 一餐飯食足4個鐘 由去之前有少少覺得去到台灣要用呢個價錢食一餐有懷疑,到食完之後心服口服 唔想飲咁多酒所以無叫pairing,cocktails好飲👍🏻主廚俾我地自己搭配菜單,第一道菜,我自私地將自己最鍾意食既嘢擺埋一齊,wagyu+海膽,果不其然有被驚艷到..之後另一道我最鍾意既菜式,係主廚當年喺外地憑呢到菜打敗一眾外國對手既茶碗蒸做法既foie gras mousse,好邪惡、好滑、好正🥰 雖然依家已經轉左菜單,但我都對raw有信心,誠意推薦俾大家❤️記得早d book枱"

"摘星⭐️⭐️餐廳 整體用餐氛圍蠻好的 服務到位 說菜也相當仔細 透過食物來體驗探索 但有些料理可能個人主觀意識覺得過於前衛 反而沒有體味到食物本身的特性 有點可惜 值得一訪 體驗星級料理"
