"以下純屬個人淺見,除卻這些部分,我十分尊敬RAW的食材選用以及菜單設計,整體用餐經驗也很愉快,服務與用餐環境皆是五顆星。 我認為,除了草莓蛋糕以外的料理,都缺乏香氣,因此,即使擺盤精美也深具創意,也不太能夠挑起食慾。法式洋蔥湯球甚至有個不討喜的氣味。 而鱘龍魚湯是溫的,讓人難以專注在魚肉肉質的完美,而是想說⋯這溫度我不行 最後,想知道為什麼碳水化合物比例這麼高?讓重視健康的我有點心生抗拒😅早知道餐前麵包就不要吃了⋯⋯(但麵包跟某些菜比起來又非常好吃⋯😆😆😆) 我之後會多吃幾家高級餐廳再來重新評價RAW,搞不好會有更中肯的心得"
