"原本抱著期望但有點失落 首先餐廳設計風格無話說木頭吧檯很搶眼 再來服務也不錯,也不會讓人等太久就開始上菜 可以讓客人客製獨ㄧ無二的菜單 開始上菜上道第二道滿滿的香菇這道菜 店員介紹水波蛋在最上面,但我們怎麼吃就吃不出蛋也沒看到蛋體 後來跟店員反應他去廚房再出來解釋蛋黃做成醬在裡面了,讓人感覺有點在硬凹 其他的菜色也吃不出來在吃什麼也許吃的是創意吧 再來主菜是烤乳鴿上來時發現有點生但還在嘗試了一口,我的天一股肉腥味在我味蕾揮之不去 結論不會再二訪的店了,價位6000多一人份量都很小,和牛也薄薄一片也許吃的是名氣吧 這次的菜單不是很喜歡🥲"

"似乎這餐廳不太在乎客人的評論,也沒人回應評論。 昨天去吃的這一季菜單,任意更改上菜順序,變成蕈菇滷蛋跟松露鵝肝醬接續在一起,而這兩道菜都用松露油調味,變成味道單調。問服務生為何原本這兩道中間的主餐怎麼被調整為後上,也無法解釋。"

"非常擁擠,吵雜,幾乎聽不到桌邊服務的講解 餐點頗多,吃的很飽。也很久,有一道膀胱餐點 一開始一直把膀胱在桌邊拌繞其實有些影響食慾。 酒水,麵包,咖啡,茶另計費用。其中甜點有一顆黏牙糖,沒有先告知,完全無法咀嚼,完全黏在牙齒上,喝水也沒用,竟然把朋友的假牙整個黏起來⋯米其林高價位餐廳其實不需要玩這種萬聖節整人的遊戲 這是繼幾年前之後再度來RAW,,可能短期間內不想再度光顧。"

"這季剛好吃到the best of the year 年代菜單,我自己蠻喜歡RAW整體的設計概念,很像在吃一道道的藝術品,店員每道菜都會用心講解食材與創作故事,令我印象深刻的還有特別以刀子為創作題材的料理~ 年度菜單的食材用料組合很用心,除了金箔冰淇淋那道我個人覺得比較還好,其他吃起來我覺得都滿好吃的! 因為RAW很常換菜單,每道料理都有自己的獨特性,這一輩子可能是第一次吃也是最後一次吃到眼前的料理,所以很開心有這次用餐的體驗 👍🏻 此外,用餐環境舒適,大型的木頭雲朵現場看真的很壯觀,餐桌、餐具都是特別訂製的,感受得到這間餐廳的獨特品味,以及與自然共生的原始感。(連廁所的設計都很酷)"
