"原本抱著期望但有點失落 首先餐廳設計風格無話說木頭吧檯很搶眼 再來服務也不錯，也不會讓人等太久就開始上菜 可以讓客人客製獨ㄧ無二的菜單 開始上菜上道第二道滿滿的香菇這道菜 店員介紹水波蛋在最上面，但我們怎麼吃就吃不出蛋也沒看到蛋體 後來跟店員反應他去廚房再出來解釋蛋黃做成醬在裡面了，讓人感覺有點在硬凹 其他的菜色也吃不出來在吃什麼也許吃的是創意吧 再來主菜是烤乳鴿上來時發現有點生但還在嘗試了一口，我的天一股肉腥味在我味蕾揮之不去 結論不會再二訪的店了，價位6000多一人份量都很小，和牛也薄薄一片也許吃的是名氣吧 這次的菜單不是很喜歡🥲"

"似乎這餐廳不太在乎客人的評論，也沒人回應評論。 昨天去吃的這一季菜單，任意更改上菜順序，變成蕈菇滷蛋跟松露鵝肝醬接續在一起，而這兩道菜都用松露油調味，變成味道單調。問服務生為何原本這兩道中間的主餐怎麼被調整為後上，也無法解釋。"

"非常擁擠，吵雜，幾乎聽不到桌邊服務的講解 餐點頗多，吃的很飽。也很久，有一道膀胱餐點 一開始一直把膀胱在桌邊拌繞其實有些影響食慾。 酒水，麵包，咖啡，茶另計費用。其中甜點有一顆黏牙糖，沒有先告知，完全無法咀嚼，完全黏在牙齒上，喝水也沒用，竟然把朋友的假牙整個黏起來⋯米其林高價位餐廳其實不需要玩這種萬聖節整人的遊戲 這是繼幾年前之後再度來RAW，,可能短期間內不想再度光顧。"

"這季剛好吃到the best of the year 年代菜單，我自己蠻喜歡RAW整體的設計概念，很像在吃一道道的藝術品，店員每道菜都會用心講解食材與創作故事，令我印象深刻的還有特別以刀子為創作題材的料理～ 年度菜單的食材用料組合很用心，除了金箔冰淇淋那道我個人覺得比較還好，其他吃起來我覺得都滿好吃的！ 因為RAW很常換菜單，每道料理都有自己的獨特性，這一輩子可能是第一次吃也是最後一次吃到眼前的料理，所以很開心有這次用餐的體驗 👍🏻 此外，用餐環境舒適，大型的木頭雲朵現場看真的很壯觀，餐桌、餐具都是特別訂製的，感受得到這間餐廳的獨特品味，以及與自然共生的原始感。（連廁所的設計都很酷）"

"Overhyped and overpriced! Several of the dishes were pretty good, but nothing amazing. Others were too salty or fishy. All about the presentation not the taste.
